Tiger, our dear boy, came in to care late 2019, after almost 2 years on the streets, and evading capture a number of times! Once he had gained trust with a feeder over time, he was easily brought into care and it was clear he was not a feral cat but, sadly, maybe a long term stray / lost / or left behind. All was tried to find his owners, but sadly we couldn't. Tiger was not chipped or neutered.
He was a bit battered and afraid from his time on the streets, and we soon got him into the vets for his "M.O.T" and check over. Tiger has now been neutered, chipped, flea and wormed and thankfully tested negative for FIV or FELV.
Hes SUCH a gorgeous boy, who is CRAVING the fuss and attention a loving home can offer. He loves a fuss and a cuddle and does get himself upset when his foster Mummy has to leave his pen... he can be a little "spikey" when she leaves, but this is NOT aggression, this is Tigers way of trying to ask her to stay. Bless him.
Tiger needs a home where he can have company often, ideally no children under the age of 12, (not because hes "viscous", but he can swipe out when he doesn't want you to leave), and a cat savvy new Mummy / daddy. He hasn't really been around other cats but we think he would be best on his own to have all the attention and love he needs.
Tiger needs a home with outside access once settled, away from any busy main roads.
Tiger really is the most special boy, so handsome, so loving... and after so long on the streets, he deserves nothing more than a forever home and family, he has so much love to give.
Tiger is currently in foster care in Harwich, Essex.
We believe he is only around 4-5 years old.
Tigers new family will need to have a home check. Adoption donation of £60 is kindly asked.
If you feel you could offer this gorgeous boy his forever new home, please please do message us and tell us more about the home you could offer him
